- Using a muse as inspiration.

At the 4th semester at my AP in design, technology and business, we had a collaboration with the danish brand Beck Söndergaard. 

 

The task was to make a bag collection for the company, with a muse as inspiration. I chose my muse to be Adele, the singer.

In the moodboard I've samplet my muse and Beck Söndergaard, to make a visualization of what kind of look and feel I wanted with the collection.​

 

I've chosen rare materials as eel, stingray, wool and leather. I've worked with the combination of different materials to give the bags an interesting look. Eel is a signature material for Beck Söndergaard. Stingray is used for details on the bags, like corners and zipper puller. Stingray looks like small diamonds, which work as a contrast to the matt look of the other materials - wool and leather.
